Eastern Oregon Visitors Association's 2023-2025 Strategic Plan is the culmination of numerous stakeholder interviews, meetings around the region, and hours of research-- we're excited to share it with you!

The plan is broken into five goals:

• Goal 1: Attract visitors to Eastern Oregon
• Goal 2: Deliver high quality and place-based visitor experiences
• Goal 3: Foster a visitor economy that enhances community livability and protects natural environments
• Goal 4: Support the needs of our industry partners for a stronger regional tourism ecosystem
• Goal 5: Increase EOVA organizational capacity and stability
