The following questions have been submitted by prospective proposers. Responses are provided for clarification and are considered part of the RFP.
Q1. Is there a target budget or price range for this project?
A: At this time, EOVA is not establishing a specific price range. Proposers are asked to develop a recommended scope of work and associated budget based on their assessment of the project goals and requirements outlined in the RFP. EOVA is interested in understanding how different teams would structure and resource the work and welcomes thoughtful, value-driven approaches. Phased or tiered pricing options may be included, if helpful.
Q2. May agencies propose alternative approaches or scope adjustments?
A: Yes. While the RFP outlines EOVA’s goals and desired outcomes, agencies are welcome to recommend alternative or refined approaches that align with those goals. Any proposed adjustments should be clearly explained and tied to the overall objectives of the project.
