Historically, EOVA’s work has focused more on agritourism experiences. As we move forward, we are looking to broaden the range of culinary experiences we promote to visitors. We want visitors to support our local businesses and taste unique Eastern Oregon products!
Current projects:
- Culinary Partnerships: Strengthen relationships with culinary businesses in the region. Better understand what resources/support already exist and where EOVA can best build on them.
- Farm to Table & Local Sourcing: Create a toolkit to help restaurants showcase the local product they are already using. Facilitate connections between culinary enterprises and producers to increase the amount of local sourcing
